Signed for 8 years, $28,237,000 as part of a 5 year extension during the 2006 season. The deal included a 6M signing bonus prorated over 5 years and a 6M roster bonus in 2007 that was converted to a signing bonus and prorated over 6 years. There are workout bonuses of 75K in 2008, 175K in 2009 and 2010, and 100K each year from 2011-2013. There are escalators of up to 500K in 2009 and 2010, 1.5M in 2011, 500K in 2012, and 2M in 2013.| As part of his rookie deal he received a 173K signing bonus prorated over 4 years.
